Thank you to everyone who completed the Tring Sports Centre Customer Survey in March. We had nearly 150 responses and over 80 of you also left comments. A few of the headlines:
89% of people rated us 7 or higher for the friendliness of of staff
77% of people rated us 7 or higher for the quality of our customer service – we need to improve on this!
73% of people rated us 7 or higher when asked if they would recommend us to someone else – we need to improve upon this too!!
The biggest negative to emerge from the survey (and especially the comments) was the quality of the cleanliness in the changing rooms. We can’t hide from this and so we have introduced new regimes, purchased new cleaning equipment, introduced polythene shoe covers and regular checks by the supervisor. Hopefully you will already have seen a dramatic improvement. What we can’t change is the design of the facilities or the location of the showers or the poor drainage on the changing room floor – we inherited these shortcomings.
We have also made other improvements including air conditioning in the activity studio (being installed over Easter) and additional pool hours over the summer for public swimming.
