With top class instructors delivering over 25 sessions each week, there’s something for everyone. Our classes are open to all abilities and suitable for ages 16+.
Regressions and progressions are offered throughout every class, allowing participants to adapt or advance movements to suit their individual fitness level and goals.
We also host pop-up classes throughout the year, giving you the chance to try something new with no ongoing commitment. These sessions are a great way to mix up your routine, discover new workouts, and have fun—so keep an eye out for upcoming pop-up classes.

MetaPWR is the new workout from Metafit, sticking to our fundamental HIIT training principles, our instructors at Tring Sports Centre have created a 30 minute power circuit using functional kit, to work muscle and boost metabolism.

A really popular class at Tring Sports Centre, Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. The focus throughout is on posture, balance and flexibility.
Aqua HIIT
Our Aqua HIIT class is designed for all fitness levels, allowing you to push your limits at your own pace. We vary the workout syle with equipment like dumbbells and noodles, we target core stability and strength in a supportive environment. Perfect for cross-training, injury recovery, or anyone who wants a “pool party” vibe for their fitness routine.

A really popular class at Tring Sports Centre, Step is a classic cardio workout. The “step” is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.
