BOUNCE
We are thrilled to offer Bounce at Tring Sports Centre. This resistance based fitness class, involves the use of mini trampolines and high tempo music to give you an all round fantastic work out.
Classes run on Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm and 8.10pm, and Sunday mornings, bright and early at 8.30am.
Note: this class is provided by an external provider and not included as part of a membership.

METAPWR
MetaPWR is the new workout from Metafit, sticking to our fundamental HIIT training principles, our instructors at Tring Sports Centre have created a 30 minute power circuit using functional kit, to work muscle and boost metabolism.
Pilates
A really popular class at Tring Sports Centre, Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. The focus throughout is on posture, balance and flexibility.
Step
A really popular class at Tring Sports Centre, Step is a classic cardio workout. The “step” is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.
