Group Exercise Studio

With top class instructors running over 25 sessions a week, there’s a class for everyone at the brand new Tring Sports Centre Group Exercise studio. See examples below.

If you think you might attend more than one class per week, then our Class+ membership will save you money. Simply ask at reception for more details or join online.

New Class Alert: Boxfit has arrived at Tring Sports Centre

Boxfit is a high-intensity cardio workout based on boxing techniques using gloves and pad work. Suitable for all levels, this non-contact workout will help you improve your agility, strength and overall fitness.
Please note Boxfit takes place with our fab new instructor Lucie on Tuesdays from 7 to 8pm.

Aqua HIIT in Tring

Aqua Hiit

Tuesday 10.30-11.30am
Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm
Friday 7-8am

High intensity interval training (HIIT) alternates short periods of intense exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Benefits include: increased metabolism, fat burn, weight loss and cardio fitness. With the resistance of the water you gain enhanced muscle tone with less stress on the joints.

Cardio Tone

Cardio Tone

Monday 6-7pm

Cardio tone has been developed to tone and sculpt your body with or without light weights and high reps. It also incorporates cardio movements to get the blood pumping and those calories burning. Tone and sculpt your body, but be prepared for an incredible workout.

BODYCOMBAT™ is an exercise class where you can punch and kick your way towards better fitness. It’s a great whole-body workout and also excellent for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your co-ordination.

Circuits

Monday 6.30-7.30am

Moving from station to station you will complete a range of exercises targeting different muscle groups for a certain length of time or reps. Exercises will involve using equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, steps, ropes and body weight.

This energetic class strengthens your legs defines your glutes and will tone and define your mid section. It is also a great way to improve your core strength and posture. This is a workout for all body types and ages, and you’ll notice and feel a big difference in six weeks.
