This is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, focused on core strength. Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Walk taller, feel stronger.

Get ready to blow away your daily stresses! Combat is a cardio class inspired by martial arts where you can punch, kick and strike your way through a total body workout to motivating music. Expect to burn heaps of calories and feel great whilst you’re doing it!

A really popular class at Tring Sports Centre, Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. The focus throughout is on posture, balance and flexibility.
