We are thrilled to offer BOUNCE Blast and Barbells at Tring Sports Centre.

BOUNCE Blast is a resistance based fitness class, involves the use of mini trampolines and high tempo music to give you an all round fantastic work out.

BOUNCE Barbells is a resistance based fitness class, involving light weights alongside high repititions to increase strength and tone for a total body workout.

Classes run on Tuesday evenings at 7.15pm and  8.10pm, and Sunday mornings, bright and early at 8.30am.
