Our Aqua teacher, Haylley, has teamed up with a friend, Jade, to put on pop up classes. Their next one will be on Friday 4th July 2025 17:00-18:00. Peyow Aqua Pilates and Sound Bath 😁😍😇
The therapeutic properties of the water, the sound, and the vibrations will create an amazing calming session for the mind, body and soul.
You may have seen other companies doing sound bath sessions with people laying on lilos on top of the water. The popularity of these sessions is increasing, but they are not using the water at all, so not using the full potential of the water and sound bath therapy. This is where we are hosting a unique session, and the best in the UK, being in the water and truly experiencing a somatic calming workout and meditation class.
