We’re delighted to confirm five new instructors who are taking group exercise at Tring Sports Centre to the next level!
Verity is our new Zumba instructor on a Wednesday, stepping into the space vacated by Debs. Debs has taken on a new job, which means she can sadly no longer be with us. But fear not, Verity has been teaching since 2017 and brings a whole load of fresh, high energy.
Mitch is our new Wednesday Body Combat instructor from Aylesbury and loves to put you to work.
Amar is newly qualified Sunday Body Pump and Body Combat instructor (pictured top left). He loved attending classes himself and that inspired him to want to encourage people to achieve their own fitness goals.
Iijoesja is our brand new Pilates instructors on Wednesdays and Fridays. She has been teaching for some 25 years and is very knowledgeable and specific in her approach. She knows the ins and outs of the body and will work muscles you didn’t know you had!
Finally we are delighted to welcome Steve to the team. Steve (top right) is in action on Friday mornings, taking the Body Balance class.

Those who have visted classes recently will know that numbers are rising. The best way to ensure your weekly slot is to book in advance. Don’t forget that Class+ members have an additional 48 hours to secure their slot.
